My Customer Has A Problem With The ATM

No Money Came Out Of The ATM
In the rare case where the ATM has a malfunction: Our ATM Machines, like all white-label ATMs, are strictly regulated by INTERAC© and insure that YOUR & YOUR CUSTOMER MONEY IS PROTECTED. If any problems arise with using the ATM Machine, your bank will refund you for any issues you encounter. Each ATM knows exactly if you received the cash, and will ensure that the account used is only credited the right amount.
Do The ATMs Eat Your card?
No, Unlike the typical full-service financial institution ATMs that utilize motorized card readers taking the card inside the machine, our ATMs exclusively employ dip-style card readers, ensuring that the card remains in the customer’s possession throughout the transaction. If the card is stuck in machine, press cancel to cancel the transaction, and the ATM will release the card out of lock.
If I Load The ATM, How Will I Get My Money?
Your secure and encrypted card details travel from the ATM to our ‘switch,’ where we transmit the information to INTERAC for forwarding to your bank for confirmation. Subsequently, your bank sends the transaction approval back through INTERAC to the ATM, resulting in the dispensing of your requested funds. The funds, along with your portion of the transaction fee, usually reflect in our bank account within one business day after the daily settlement.
